The Obama administration should be careful about excusing embassy rioting over insults to an entire people given that the president believes a lot of Americans cling to God and guns.

If, as the Obama administration claims, the embassy riots and the September 11th consulate assault were caused by a privately made video that the Obama administration itself has loaded up with negative adjectives (giving the impression that the rioters are justified), why aren't all those privately made jihadi snuff videos a justification for American (and other Western) citizens to torch an embassy of a Moslem country or rage against the Moslem world in general?

If two sides play that game, we really will be in a war between civilizations.
