We Are Not Amused

At a summit of Spanish and Portugese speaking nations:

Axis of El Vil El Maximo Supremo Leader Hugo Chavez: [Spanish Prime Minister] Aznar, a conservative who was an ally of Bush as prime minister, "is a fascist," Chavez said in a speech at the Ibero-American summit in Santiago, Chile. "Fascists are not human. A snake is more human."

Current Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero: "Former President Aznar was democratically elected by the Spanish people and was a legitimate representative of the Spanish people," he said, eliciting applause from the gathered heads of state.

Axis of El Vil El Maximo Supremo Leader Hugo Chavez: Chavez repeatedly tried to interrupt, but his microphone was off.

Spanish King Juan Carlos: "Why don't you shut up?"

A bit later:

Axis of El Vil El Maximo Supremo Leader Hugo Chavez: "I do not offend by telling the truth," he said. "The Venezuelan government reserves the right to respond to any aggression, anywhere, in any space and in any manner."

Yes, those brutal Spanish are certainly aggressive toward Hugo. Hugo's bravery is truly awe inspiring.

Hugo is a complete nut who will wreck Venezuela if he manages to get his foolish followers to give him the post for life. Chavez's crackpot economic theories make even standard socialism look good.

When the Venezuelan people finally realize that Hugo's "21st Century Socialism" simply means 19th century socialism with 21st century oil prices to mask the complete and total idiocy of his theory, they'll notice they have a jihadi-loving buffoon for a president.
