IPCC says they are more confident than in their last report that humans are the primary cause of the climate warming generally underway since the end of the Little Ice Age and that has been on "hiatus" for the last 15 years contrary to their models' predictions, and which is now judged unlikely to have catastrophic impacts this century.

Oh, and about that 95% confidence level? It isn't a statiscial measure of confidence, as you might think (and as they surely intend to imply to people who just read that number). Oh no, as they put in the footnotes, this is a qualitative polling of those involved, and not any type of statistical calculation.
