Fighting the Threat

The world eagerly awaits Secretary Kerry's efforts to resolve the Crimea Crisis--making sure Putin pays for carbon offsets to balance the effects of his invasion force.

UPDATE: I will say, Kerry's public statement in Ukraine on Tuesday morning seemed just fine, although I missed the bulk of the question-and-answer that followed.
