Blogging my basic training--many years after the fact, of course--was fun. But it really needs to be read in order to make sense. With the blog format of last entry on top and even with a label, it can't easily be read that way.

So Ends My 65 Days of Summer 1988.
My next step is to add pictures and flesh this out for an e-book. I think I'll keep this post title as the book title. Funny, I've had a working title for the book for over 20 years, now. Yet when it came time to type it in above, I wanted something else.
I think this works. We were Demon Platoon--Echo Company of the 3-10 Infantry Regiment (3rd battalion of the 10th Infantry Regiment--training, of course). What the Heck, eh?
