My daughter was worried about preparing for an American history test. I told her I had a great book, an old dusty Dictionary of American History. She wasn't enthused but I gave it to her anyway one day after school.
Later that night I get a text from her: "I LOVE YOUR HISTORY BOOK"
For a history major dad, that was great. I don't know if I've ever gotten an all caps text from her.
Anyway, she found it as useful as I told her it would be.
Who knew something not on the Internet could be useful?
