Delivery of the Army’s controversial Warfighter Information Network-Tactical system will come to a halt in order to reboot the service’s entire tactical network so that it can operate against threats emerging on the battlefield.

One can't have an enemy hacking and using weapons on our own vehicles. That takes "friendly fire" to a whole new level.
I honestly lack the knowledge base to judge whether WIN-T is any good. I've read things going both ways. I just know it needs to be good.
