Unbelievably Small Doubt

The Russians have a point about that Sarin gas attack in Syria.

Russia still thinks there was a second different gunman gasman at the grassy knoll Damascus suburb, France disagrees:

"When you look at the amount of sarin gas used, the vectors, the techniques behind such an attack, as well as other aspects, it seems to leave no doubt that the regime is behind it," Fabius said.

I mean, anyone with a large number of Sarin-filled rockets with the skill to blanket an area with the proper density of gas could have fired a large barrage of rockets from a government-controlled area.

No proof at all that Assad did it. Could have been anyone at all.

Russia is unwilling to say Assad used gas. How reliable are they going to be for even verifying Assad's declaration of chemical weapons due soon, let alone the disarmamanet of what he admits he has (aside from what he can hide, of course)?
