President Barack Obama said on Tuesday that Iran's new President Hassan Rouhani appears to want to open a dialogue with the United States and that he is willing to test whether this is the case.
Of course Rouhani wants a freaking dialogue! He'll talk to anyone for as long as you want until he goes nuclear! What part of your first term and last year has been unclear on this?
What Rouhani doesn't want is an actual deal that cripples Iran's drive for nuclear weapons!
