As much as I held my nose to do so because I feared the administration wouldn't fight smart, I supported Congressional authorization for President Obama to order strikes on Assad's forces as the least bad of bad options.
For those who couldn't imagine anything worse than a small strike that wouldn't be terribly decisive, how's this sham agreement about Syria working for you? Is raising loyalist morale and disheartening rebel morale--while raising Russian prestige and allowing Iran to retain their staging area for terror--really a better alternative?
The president's foreign policy team is inept. The loyal opposition didn't help make it better.
