Events like this surely impress upon him the special duty he has as the commander in chief. We have but one president and we rely on him to lead us in defense of our nation. I pray President Obama will live up the expectations that those who fight to defend us have in him.
Veterans day (and Memorial Day, more so) takes on special significance at a time of war.
Remember those who serve and who served.
