Even European NATO Can Handle Russia's Fleet

I've said that Russian naval threats in Europe can be met with European NATO navies without major American naval support. Our top admiral in Europe agrees:

Foggo: U.S. Navy Forces in Europe Sufficient to Handle Threats — But Only With Strong Collaboration With Allies

Russia is a regional land power but stretches across the planet to be a regional power in a global span. And they have a lot of nukes.

We must take the Russians seriously for specific conventional threat scenarios but they aren't a major threat to NATO's collective naval and air power.

Heck, even Finland is planning to bolster their naval power.
