Because Substack apparently doesn't allow search engines to identify articles there, I'm going to try publishing the introduction here and see what happens.
Stop the worship of “hybrid” war. It is just plain war. And the effort to define it as something other than war is analysis paralysis that lets enemies get away with waging war.
