North Korea now faces a choice. Take a new path toward peace, prosperity and international acceptance, or continue further down the dead alley of belligerence, poverty and isolation. The U.S. will aspire and work for the former, and will remain vigilant against the latter.

UPDATE: Let's not to hasty, shall we?
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has delayed a decision on firing missiles toward Guam while he waits to see what the United States does, the North's state media reported on Tuesday as the United States said any dialogue was up to Kim.
My worries aren't just about a war escalating from a crisis.
I sometimes worry that Kim Jong-un will fling his perhaps too dangerous (to himself) army at South Korean defenses in order to scare South Korea, Japan, and America; while letting the allies do the dirty job of killing off the armed mouths to feed who might turn on the ruling elite if the rot continues in the army.
