And they are going broke. It's even worse than even I speculate. If they are right. But the communist rulers lie about what is going on. And may not even know what is really going on because the statistics themselves are lies, perhaps passed up the line without knowledge of the fabrications. I mean, what can even reasonably enlightened despots do based on bad data?
