The September 11, 2001 attack is getting old enough that adults who can vote don't even remember that day.
Those jihadi murdering bastards hate us.
And they hate everyone else who isn't a jihadi nutball bastard--including the vast majority of the Islamic world.
For those who say they hate us because of Iraq or some other BS reason, did the majority of the Islamic world invite jihadi hatred, too?
Face it, we need to find, chase down, and kill jihadis wherever they are. Because short of that they won't stop killing us.
On this day I don't flay my flag half staff like I'm supposed to. In my view, that symbolizes remembering our dead from a past fight now settled.
But the war goes on. I never thought we'd still be fighting this war when I wrote this about the coming struggle. The jihadi enemy will continue to add to the death toll. Their hate has spanned a generation already.
And so my flag will fly tall in a symbol of the war that our enemies won't end.
Fight them. Find them. Kill them. And one day I'll fly my flag at half staff.

UPDATE: "Airplanes" didn't take aim at America that day. Nor were nearly 3,000 Americans "lost" as if they mysteriously vanished in some mysterious rapture that nobody can comprehend.
