Argentina's new ambassador to London ambushed Britain's foreign minister over the disputed Falklands Islands on Monday, asking him at a public meeting whether he was ready to "give peace a chance" by opening talks on the islands' future.
Is Britain willing to give peace a chance?
Since Britain holds the islands, they are highly unlikely to initiate war to continue to hold the Falkland Islands, wouldn't you say?
The better question is whether Argenina will refrain from war over the question of who owns the islands.
