Actually, it wasn't that tough to predict that the Global Left would mock President Obama for his quick visit to Afghanistan.

And as a bonus, no presidential troop visit commentary from the Left is complete without perpetuating the plastic turkey myth!

I support the president on the war, and I think the complaints of fearing to go to Afghanistan are ridiculous--we have to protect our presidents wherever they go, and why would a war zone be one of the safer places?

But am I evil to enjoy the spectacle of his ideological ilk becoming rabid critics of the president?
