A long time ago, I turned the fireplace tiles into a space for toys--Thomas and related train and road sets.
A suspension rail bridge went across the water and port facilities were placed at the coast plus boats to use the cranes and sail about.
It is built in two main pieces from thick blue poster board and brown glued on top, with a third piece of brown land (on the right) that overlaps with the middle piece for the slight extension needed to reach the edge of the carpet.
I finally threw that out recently. I can't remember the last time Mister or Lamb used it.
It's kind of sad.
