This Is What I've Been Saying Since the Paris Massacre

Why wouldn't France focus on Libya where they can make a decisive effort rather than add forces to the Syria-Iraq front where they don't really make a difference?

Libya is growing as a problem for states bordering on the Mediterranean Sea--as France does:

The Islamic State group has strengthened its grip in its Libyan stronghold Sirte as new recruits and foreign fighters join its ranks while world attention focuses on Iraq and Syria.

Yes, I do believe I've urged France to focus on ISIL in Libya ever since France decided it was at war with ISIL.
