Sixty percent of Canada's 30+ vessels are based in the Atlantic, where they are unlikely to be needed to convoy ships to Europe to repel the Red Army.
Sure, the Arctic will pull Canada's fleet north. But shouldn't Canada work on getting this to be a NATO mission?
So the answer to the question is easy: of course Canada should deploy the bulk of their small fleet to the Pacific.
