Remember when Speaker Pelosi said we'd have to pass ObamaCare to find out what is in it?
Away from the furor of passage, she thought it would be easier to cooly digest the contents.
Apparently, it would have been a waste to read it before passage--or even since passage--since the president believes that he can simply change it because the legislative branch of government can't agree on changes he'd like.
I know that people like to say the president was a constitutional law professor. He wasn't really a professor, of course. Now I wonder if he lectured about the American constitution.
