In an age of federal abuse of authority and presidential abuse of the Constitution, our left is getting upset about a clown's potential violation of the Clown Code of Ethics (tip to Instapundit)?

If the clown was mocking on racial angles, that should be out of bounds. Otherwise, it's a matter of taste and politeness. And after the defense of "Piss Christ" I don't want to hear that argument about clown "performance art" coming from the left.

On the bright side, that banned rodeo clown could always switch career paths to cowboy poetry. That, at least, is federally supported.
