Tough luck, Peking:
China expressed serious concern on Wednesday after Japan and Taiwan signed a fishing agreement for the seas around a disputed group of East China Sea islands which have been at the center of an increasingly hostile stand-off between Beijing and Tokyo.
"We are extremely concerned about Japan and Taiwan discussing and signing a fishing agreement," Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei told a daily news briefing.
I wasn't happy with Japan and Taiwan feuding over the region with China looming over both of them. It's nice to see sanity break out on occasion.
