If Time magazine makes Sandra Fluke their person of the year, isn't that kind of homophobic?

After all, she's famous for insisting that the government pay for wealthy college students' birth control.

I wasn't aware that gay or lesbian couples require birth control. So they pay while Ms. Fluke gets to play.

Sounds like a Title VII disparate impact lawsuit, to me.
