Don't Mention the Southern Border

Good luck with that!

Well that's nice of the British:

A shipment of 100 armored patrol vehicles sailed from the U.K. on Tuesday as a donation from the British government to the Lebanese Armed Forces to secure the northern and eastern borders.

This is part of an ongoing effort to combat terrorists and smuggling that crosses the border.

Obviously the southern border won't get any attention. Luckily, UNIFAIL is on that mission.

Still, limiting the deployment of the armored vehicles to the eastern and northern borders reduces the chance that Hezbollah will just take all of them.

I give the British credit, though. They aren't sticking to easy missions.
