Two years ago, Iraq was relatively peaceful and Assad was doomed. Administration officials boasted about Iraq's progress and the president himself said Assad had to go.
So how did the Obama adminsitration manage to get us to now when Iraq is reeling under jihadi attack and Assad is poised to make an effort to reclaim the country?
