Any Port in a Storm

I have no idea if submarines built for the Mediterranean Sea can operate in the Taiwan region, but one would think that the whole Greek submarines fiasco would leave room for Taiwan to pick up subs fairly cheaply.

DID explains the Greek Submarine Odyssey. Greece ordered German subs, can't pay for them, found lots of corruption involved, and now somehow is suing the companies for not providing the subs that are sitting around deteriorating.

What we need is an Anabasis that gets the subs moving to Taiwan where they will find a home.

Couldn't we help negotiate a deal that will make the Greeks, Germans, and Taiwanese happy?
