I guess we need to put Algeria on Arab Spring Watch.

People unhappy with the government, a comatose president and frozen government, and Islamists regaining credibility don't paint a good picture for continued quiet.

Heck, it's been a decade since that decade-long civil war raged in Algeria. Maybe everybody is tanned, rested, and ready to rumble.
