I wrote that Khaddafi just might be serious about his threat to attack European targets because it might just work to crack the NATO coalition fighting him.

But Strategypage says Europeans rounded up people and found there is nothing going on. Libya's network in Europe has apparently faded away.

Khaddafi may want to hit Europe, but he'll have to work hard to actually do it.
