A March 12 explosion at the earthquake-damaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Okuma, Japan, appears to have caused a reactor meltdown.
Now the question is whether it is contained or whether it will release radiation and threaten whoever is downwind.
Crap.
UPDATE: Another report says the reactor core container is holding and that while there is some radiation leakage, it isn't a meltdown.
