Brain Drain

A couple weeks ago, Ardeshir Hosseinpour, an Iranian junior scientist involved in The Uranium Conversion Facility at Isfahan died suspiciously.

There is speculation that Israel may be behind it as an alternative to striking Iran militarily to halt or slow their nuclear program. I did mention almost a year ago that killing Iranian scientists could be one part of a campaign to cripple Iran's nuclear program.

And there is precedent. Though it should be noted that in the end that effort failed and Israel ended up striking Iraq's Osirak reactor to stop their progress.

I don't think we will be lucky enough to escape the need for more forceful action by simply seeing Iranian scientists mysteriously die.

But every little bit helps.
