A senior Lord's Resistance Army chief who surrendered to U.S. troops in the Central African Republic has been transferred to Ugandan forces and will be handed over to the International Criminal Court to stand trial, the Pentagon said on Wednesday.
It is rather amazing how little attention this fight is getting.
I tend to assume it is the price we pay to keep Uganda in the fight against jihadis in Somalia.
And it is the right thing to do, naturally.
