A Really Scary Night

Ah, another night of Trick or Treating has passed. Lamb made her own costume based on her Minecraft game. It was very cute. With her birthday this season, as well, I can't avoid thinking about how this era will soon end. Mister is long past Halloween excitement and Lamb is my last bastion in that world still holding out.

But Lamb had a ball despite the drizzle we endured as we set out into the night to see what treats awaited her--and despite my grim preview of a future without this wonderful ritual.

Boo hoo, indeed.
