Paul Krugman's army? Well, if so it is only because the pathetic souls have nowhere to go in the regular civilian economy (that's what the left likes to say about our volunteer troops). They're victims, really.

Surely, the troops of this army are the scum of the Earth. But Krugman is no Duke of Wellington to make something out of them.
