Old School

Khaddafi's forces strike at Benghazi despite a no-fly zone that keeps loyalists planes grounded:

A car bomb exploded near the headquarters of Libya's rebels in their eastern bastion of Benghazi on Tuesday night, causing no confirmed casualties, but unsettling nerves in the generally peaceful city.

I assume it was a loyalist bomb attack. Where there is a will, there's a way.
