This Is Not News

Chinese censors put out regular bulletins to their news media about what not to print, what to cover, and other instructions. Apparently it is a pretty handy (and sometimes specific) guide to what is happening in China (Via The Volokh Conspiracy through Instapundit).

Of course, the most effective propagandists don't need official bulletins to instinctively work to make the Chinese Communist Party look good in the press.
