A huge fire caused by a lightning strike has halted operations at a Venezuelan fuel terminal on the Dutch island of Bonaire.
Not that I'll pretend to be able to get inside the purported thinking process of that pathetic, half wit who misrules Venezuela, but this is just the sort of thing that I think Hugo Chavez could believe is part of a Western plot to get him.
The Dutch need to keep their powder dry. You never know.
