You Want to Kill Who?

When you think of people who the jihadis think deserve to die, many names might come to mind.

The name Jimmy Carter does not. Yet the jihadis don't see an apologist for jihadi terrorists. They see an American president who must die:

In Gaza, Hamas has less control over Islamic radical groups, and tends to leave them alone as long as Hamas authority is not challenged. This results in a wide variety of Islamic radical groups. One, for example, was recently caught planning to assassinate former U.S. president Jimmy Carter (who has long been pro-Hamas and was visiting Gaza to show support).

Who don't they hate?

Explain to me again how we're supposed to satisfy their demands (I mean, other than by just quietly exposing our necks to their scimitars).
