We can get on that road to Hell.

When such opinions as Ward Churchill holds and has expressed are a matter for a court trial, let alone a matter for the courts to defend, I think we can say our society is sick.

Perhaps too sick to defend our way of life if this trend continues. Sometimes I worry that Mark Steyn is right about our inability to defend ourselves in the long run.

And the really disgusting part of this is that our dying society will congratulate itself on how tolerant, brave, and nuanced we are to let it happen to us.

People like Ward Churchill should be shunned and ostracized. But our sophisticated class will have none of that simplistic nonsense!

Nuanced thinking will be the death of us yet.
