Catch-1619

It's almost as if the "anti-racist" hatemongers want their targets to shrivel up in helpless confused paralysis between a woke and a safe space.

What's a person to do between the woke absolutes of being less white and staying in your white lane?

It's pretty brilliant of the vile haters who promote these conflicting demands, actually. Far more impressive than Catch-22 in its inescapable doom:

There was only one catch [in escaping combat because you are crazy] and that was Catch-22, which specified that a concern for one's own safety in the face of dangers that were real and immediate was the process of a rational mind. Orr was crazy and could be grounded. All he had to do was ask; and as soon as he did, he would no longer be crazy and would have to fly more missions. Orr would be crazy to fly more missions and sane if he didn't, but if he was sane, he had to fly them. If he flew them, he was crazy and didn't have to; but if he didn't want to, he was sane and had to. Yossarian was moved very deeply by the absolute simplicity of this clause of Catch-22 and let out a respectful whistle.

I am moved very deeply by the absolute simplicity of Catch-1619.

This is all the anti-racism training you need.  If you want to elaborate to fill an hour, that's fine. But that basic approach should be the foundation.

NOTE: I don't know why the meme has some guy's name on it. I made it. Odd, that is. I assume the credit goes to whoever made the template. Just saying.
