The Dinosaurs Evolve

The Army is beginning to equip Abrams tanks with the Trophy active protection system. But the attack-defense battle never really ends.

This is good:

U.S. Army M1 tanks will soon be equipped with anti-missile protection systems, now that the service has taken delivery of the Israeli-made active protection systems.

The Army plans to equip 4 armored brigade Abrams tanks with Trophy.

Of course, my view is that there is more than one way to skin a cat. Luckily the Army isn't stripping the Abrams of its heavy passive armor to rely solely on the APS to protect the tank.
