I'm not as upset about this State Department campaign as you might think. It's the State Department. Let them say "nice doggie" while we reach for a rock.
Ultimately, Moslem communities do need to reject Islamism in their communities if we are to win this Long War.
But jihadis are too strong for most Moslems to reject--out of fear or sympathy.
The problem with this approach is if it reflects government-wide policy rather than State Department programs as part of a government-wide approach.
The solution surely ends in communities rejecting jihad and jihadis.
But before we get to that point, the solution begins with drones orbiting those communities and killing jihadis.
Just don't let the Department of Defense be infected with this community dialog nonsense.
