President Obama spoke this morning on NSA reforms. He just finished.
I greatly enjoyed President Obama making the case that conservatives long made in response to left-wing attacks on our policies. President Obama said that in this issue of intelligence and privacy we are held to a far higher standard than the likes of China or Russia.
And he said that we in fact set standards of behavior and abide by them that nobody expects our foes to achieve.
I welcome his conviction.
Funny. He doesn't look NeoConish.
