The Information Age

Really? I joined Facebook but don't really use it much. It just doesn't appeal to me as a platform. I'm there because it is another route for friends to contact me. It's one of those things you have to have.

I will never, ever play Farmville.

So the first time I really want to use it to find a friend from college (and post-college) who I've lost contact with, the formatting is all screwed up, making it virtually unusable. The last email address I have for him is dead. So I need a new one.

But no go on Facebook this morning. Yet it is a tool of revolution?

I guess I'll go get the phone book gathering dust on top of my refrigerator.
