Missing the Bush Plan

The Czech Republic doesn't seem impressed with Obama's missile defense plans for Europe despite administration claims that their plan is better than Bush's plan:

U.S. and Czech officials say the Czech Republic will no longer take part in U.S. missile defense plans. The Czech defense minister tells the Associated Press that his country withdrew in frustration at a minor role in a new U.S. plan.

What did we expect? We get them to agree to the big decision to be a major player in the Bush plan over Russian objections and then say never mind?
