Can We Say We Have a Problem?

You know we have a problem when you read this (from my Jane's email updates):

Radical Islamists are increasingly using Scandinavian countries for financing and logistical purposes. While Sweden and Norway have yet to uncover any serious domestic plots, Denmark has been high on the list of possible jihadist targets for over three years [.]

To realize that the land of the Swedish bikini team is a hotbed of jihadi activity is to realize that we have a tremendous problem in Europe. North Africans going to France, Turks going to Germany, and Pakistanis going to Britain all make some sense (even if the authorities allowing jihadis to thrive makes no sense). But Sweden? Norway? Denmark? They don't have colonial connections to Moslem countries.

Yet they have radicalized Moslems providing a safe haven for jihadi activity.
