The Subliminal war between Iran and Israel rages on.
Take this assassination and the generally quiet wars at sea and in cyberspace, plus the Israeli strikes on Iran in Syria--on top of Iran's position in Lebanon and Gaza and the recent Israel-Gulf Arab peace--and you have quiet the low-key war going on between Israel and Iran.
And toss in Yemen as a place where the war rages:
An Iranian ship believed to be a base for the paramilitary Revolutionary Guard and anchored for years in the Red Sea off Yemen has been attacked, Tehran acknowledged Wednesday.
Iran's Foreign Ministry confirmed the attack on the MV Saviz, suspected to have been carried out by Israel — though Tehran did not immediately blamed its regional archenemy. ...
The ship's long presence in the region, repeatedly criticized by Saudi Arabia, has come as the West and United Nations experts say Iran has provided arms and support to Yemen's Houthi rebels in that country's yearslong war.
The Army hasn't built The AFRICOM Queen, as I suggested in Military Review. But Iran deployed The Mullah Queen.
How long does this fight remain low-key?
