Is Hugo Dammed?

One dam provides Venezuela with 73% of its electricity. And all is not well:

Venezuela is at risk of a devastating power collapse that could also pose a serious political threat to President Hugo Chavez.

The South American country relies on a single hydroelectric dam for most of its electricity and drought has swiftly brought the dam's levels to dangerous lows.

Huh. You'll recall that the sum total of Hugo's expertise led him to advise his citizens to take brief showers by not singing in the shower. I know what you're thinking, with such brilliance, how could Venezuala not be a socialist, Bolivarian paradise?

Now is the time for all patriotic Venezuelans to take long showers, water the lawn like it's a golf course, and gosh darn it, just leave the friggin' faucet on all day!
