Japan's Stealth Carriers

Japan is considering building a 763-foot long, 25,000 ton "carrier," based on the success of launching two 18,000 ton 610-foot long "helicopter-carrying destroyers," the Ise and Hyuga (named after Japanese battleships converted to carriers in World War II!).

Enemies can see them, of course, but Japan's constitutional prohibitions against aircraft carriers apparently can't.
